Poul F. Kjaer is Professor at the Copenhagen Business School and Principal Investigator of the European Research Council Project ‘Institutional Transformation in European Political Economy – A Socio-legal Approach’ (ITEPE – www.itepe.eu). His research and teaching spans European integration and law, constitutional and legal theory, global governance and law and historical sociology of law.
